The ERP that lives inside your books
FlipERP adds stock, warehouses, purchase and sales orders, production scheduling, purchase requisitions and vendor quotes, goods receipts and stock-aware tax invoices to your free FlipAccounts accounts. One linked process from the customer order to the invoice, under the tax rules of the country each entity files in. Every document posts straight to the ledger your CA already uses, so there is nothing to reconcile between an ERP and an accounting system.

The three-minute film shows FlipERP at work; the eight-minute manual walks through set-up, the purchase cycle, the sales cycle, transfers and cancellations, click by click. Real screens, a fictional company.

What is in it today
HSN/SAC, units, GST rates, reorder levels, batches with expiry. Weighted-average valuation; a stock ledger for every movement.
Godowns per branch or GSTIN, transfers between them, stock on hand by location.
Purchase order → goods receipt → supplier invoice with three-way quantity match. Input GST and payables posted automatically.
Quotation → sales order → delivery challan → GST invoice. CGST/SGST or IGST decided from the customer's state; exports zero-rated.
Cost of goods sold, inventory, receivables and payables post as proper double entries. Posted documents are never edited, only reversed.
Invoices flow into your GSTR-1 and 3B summaries in FlipAccounts; e-invoice and e-way bill fields on every sale.
Manufacturing, from a 20-person unit to a multi-plant factory
Bills of material with yield, scrap and by-products; a manufacturing queue fed straight from customer orders; materials issued at FIFO or average cost into work in progress; hours and overhead absorbed by cost centre; finished goods received at actual cost; stock counts by warehouse; goods in transit on purchases and transfers; planning that tells you what to buy or make and when. Every step posts to the same books your accountant already uses.
Components, scrap %, by-products at net realisable value, operations with cost centres and hours, versions, a live cost estimate per unit.
Work orders with priority, due date and material availability at a glance. One click turns a confirmed customer order into work orders.
Raw material → work in progress → finished goods, conversion and overhead absorbed, cost per unit on every completed order, under / over absorption by cost centre.
Production, service, quality and maintenance centres with rates and capacity; expenses tagged on bills; cost per unit trend, scrap %, utilisation and bottleneck flags.
FIFO cost layers beside weighted average; shipments in transit and two-step transfers; physical counts that post the variances in one adjustment.
On hand, in transit, on order, being made, reserved — and a buy or make suggestion sized by reorder quantity, minimum order and lead time.
Finite-capacity schedule: hours per day per cost centre, orders placed by priority and due date operation by operation, a load calendar, late-order flags, and orders held for missing materials.
A sales order for goods not in stock is marked back-ordered and scheduled for production; the raw materials it lacks become a purchase requisition for the purchase department, sized to the exact shortfall.
Turn a requisition into a request for quotation, enter each vendor's rate, quantity and lead time, compare side by side, award by line — purchase orders are drafted for the winners.
Every confirmed customer order shows its chain: order → production → requisitions → quotes → purchase orders → receipts → delivery and invoice, each step green, amber or blue.
Industry templates set up cost centres, units and a sample bill of material for steel, construction equipment, paints & polymers, textiles, electronics, FMCG and agro processing.
Gulf, SAARC and South-East Asia
Each legal entity follows the country where it files its taxes. Choose the country when you create the entity and FlipAccounts and FlipERP switch together: CGST/SGST/IGST and GSTR returns in India, a single VAT in the UAE or Saudi Arabia, GST in Singapore, SST in Malaysia, consumption tax in Japan — with the registration number labelled the way the authority calls it (GSTIN, TRN, UEN, NPWP…), a tax-registered yes/no, and for Gulf entities a Zakat yes/no, because not every company pays it. A group with entities in ten countries keeps ten sets of books, one per country, each in its own currency.
FlipERP speaks Arabic (right-to-left interface, films and manuals narrated in Arabic) and knows the tax rules of the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Pakistan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan: VAT / GST / SST at the right rate, zero-rated exports, reverse charge on imports, a tax summary for the return, and invoices titled the way the local authority expects. International customers pay in Singapore dollars by card.
Coming next: job-work challans with ITC-04, shop-floor job cards, quality inspections, standard-cost variances, barcode scanning, projects and timesheets, approvals, payroll integration.
Pay in your currency
FlipERP is priced in your own currency and charged to your card in that currency through Stripe. Books, tax and the interface follow your country: GST in India, VAT in the Gulf, SST in Malaysia, 增值税 in China, with Arabic and Chinese interfaces and Zakat where it applies.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a separate login?
No. FlipERP opens from the ERP button inside FlipAccounts with the same account, company and chart of accounts.
What happens to my accounting?
It keeps working exactly as before. A posted purchase invoice becomes a bill in FlipAccounts; a posted sales invoice becomes an invoice there, with receivables, GST and cost of goods sold already journalled.
Can my CA see it?
Yes. Add them to the company in FlipAccounts; the ledger, trial balance and GST summaries include every ERP document.
I already use Tally, QuickBooks, FreshBooks or Zoho. Can I use FlipERP on its own?
Yes. FlipERP keeps its own double-entry books in the background, so stock, orders, production and procurement work without you ever opening FlipAccounts. When your accountant needs the entries, export the period from Settings as Tally XML vouchers, a QuickBooks / Zoho journal CSV or Excel and import it into your accounting. Nothing is double-keyed.
Can other software talk to FlipERP and FlipAccounts?
Yes. Every company can issue API keys (Company → Details → API keys) and any system — a CRM such as Salesforce or SugarCRM, a hotel PMS, your own scripts — can create parties, invoices, bills, orders and journal entries, or read stock and reports, through the same API the apps use. Partners get a one-click connect flow. See the developer guide.
Is FlipAccounts still free?
Yes. Accounting, bank reconciliation, GST and TDS summaries and statements stay free. FlipERP is the paid layer on top.
